Eating Disorders:

Jackie has extensive experience supporting clients with a wide range of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder).

Her training and expertise include working in higher levels of care for eating disorders, giving her unique insight into the recovery process. She provides evidence-based care, including personalized meal planning and education, to help clients nourish their bodies and heal their relationship with food.

Diabetes and Blood Sugar Support

Jackie empowers individuals with prediabetes, type 1, and type 2 diabetes to feel confident in their nutrition choices. She utilizes an approach that goes beyond just meal planning. Jackie helps you understand the complexities of diabetes, reduce feelings of being out of control around food, navigate cravings, and work towards long-term glucose management. She provides support and education to help you improve your lab results, including A1C, and create a sustainable lifestyle that supports your overall health.
