10 Must-Follow Instagram Accounts for Intuitive Eating and Body Confidence

Hello, beautiful souls!

Today, we're diving headfirst into the realm of Instagram. I personally have a love-hate relationship with Instagram. While Instagram can be a space for self-love, intuitive eating, and body confidence to take center stage, it often simply IS NOT. Social media can quickly become a place for unconscious consumption of toxic messaging.

But, it doesn’t have to be this way. Whenever I start working with my private intuitive eating clients, they embark on a journey of transforming their social media feed to be in alignment with their personal values and goals. This transformation usually doesn’t happen overnight. Think of it more of an ongoing process that involves trial and error.

If you're on a journey to smash diet culture and embrace the beauty of your unique self, these five intuitive eating accounts and five anti-fatphobia warriors are wonderful go-to guides. I strongly recommend giving them a follow.
